We truly enjoyed this place and outstanding food.

We were in Zakopane for 4 days, had perfect 10/10 stay, the hotel was clean with good location close to the main bus station. The room was tidy and offered with 2 single beds and the curtain should be.

We stayed in the separate building, Willa Zychoniówka, which had a romantic atmosphere and we loved it! The location was very good, just a few minutes from the main street. The staff was friendly and the value for money was great.

The breakfast option could have been more varied.

Wi-Fi access is very weak. Almost unable to check e-mails or to upload photo files on Facebook.

We chose this hotel as our friends were staying in a hostel just up the road but wouldn't stay here again.

The beds, or should I call them padded storage boxes, were absolutely awful! They were so hard it was impossible to sleep the night!! Kettle wasn't provided in the room but we were given one when we asked for it. Only half a curtain covered the balcony, were not able to block out the night lamp lights.

The guest room was brand-new and had a clean bathroom. The hotel location was good close to main city centre. I tried some drinks at bar Stek Chalupa, located 5 minutes walk away...

Staff is attentive and decent and you can park your car onsite. Neat and cosy rooms come with 1 big bed, the curtain should be, for instance.

Excellent hotel, all of the staff were excellent and helpful, perfect location in city center. The rooms were warm and spotless with 2 single beds, Balconies, as for instance, just what was needed. The food was good, the breakfast was sensational. My stay was really great here.

Sadly, there was no internet.

Great value for money, excellent location near Main Street and bus station, easily accessible to Tatras without a car, solid breakfast, nice view of mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming guesthouse in a great location. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of hot and cold options. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth. We also enjoyed the pool/snooker and the garden play area for kids. The guesthouse was away from the busy street but still only a short walk to the center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to bus station, ski centers, and main street. Good value for money. Accommodation is warm and spotless in winter. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
